Return and Exchange Policy

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date the product is successfully received if the situation meets the conditions described in this policy. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
2. Eligible Return and Exchange Conditions
Within the above timeframe, you may initiate a return or exchange request if the product meets any of the following conditions:

The product has noticeable odor or severe color differences affecting normal use;

The product received does not match the order details;

You request a return or exchange without reason, provided the product is unused and does not affect resale.
3. Return Request Process

Contact us via email or phone to submit a return request, providing your order number, payment proof, reason for return/exchange, and relevant photos or videos for reference;

Our customer service team will verify the order status as soon as possible. If eligible, we will confirm via your provided contact information and provide the designated return address;

Please send the product back to the specified address and wait for our confirmation of receipt;

Once the product arrives, we will inspect it. If the condition matches your feedback, we will process the refund;

Return label: A return label will be sent with the product.
4. Exchange Procedure

To exchange a product, submit an exchange request via email or phone, providing your order number, payment proof, reason for exchange, and relevant photos or videos;

After verification, our customer service team will confirm eligibility and provide the return address;

Send the product back to the specified address and wait for us to receive it;

Once verified, we will arrange shipment of the replacement product to your original delivery address within 1–3 business days.
5. Refund Arrangements
Refund Instructions:
Once the return request is confirmed, we will process the refund within 1–5 business days.
Refunds will be returned via the original payment method used for the order (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, etc.).
6. Shipping Cost Responsibility

For returns or exchanges caused by product defects, damage, odor, severe color differences, or incorrect items, the related shipping costs will be borne by us;

For returns or exchanges made without reason, the round-trip shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
7. Disclaimer
Please inspect the product promptly upon delivery. Requests may not be eligible if issues are caused by improper use, storage, or submission beyond the specified timeframe.
We reserve the right to verify each return or exchange request reasonably and will process it based on this policy.
