Order Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation Scope

Morifento (hereinafter referred to as "we") provides product sales services through our online store. To ensure clarity and stability in the order processing workflow, order cancellations are subject to the following rules:

  • If your order is placed within the past 48 hours and has not yet entered the shipping stage, you may submit a cancellation request;

  • If the order was placed more than 48 hours ago or the product has already begun the shipping process, direct cancellation is no longer supported.
    In this case, you may contact us after receiving the product to request a return and refund.

2. How to Submit a Cancellation Request

For orders that meet the cancellation conditions, you may submit a request through the following steps:

  • Contact our customer service via email or phone, explaining your request to cancel the order and providing the order number and payment details;

  • We will verify the order status and process your request as soon as possible. If the cancellation is approved, we will notify you and initiate the refund process.

3. Refund Processing

Once the order cancellation or return request is confirmed, we will process the refund within 1–5 business days.
Refunds will be returned using the same payment method you used for the original order, such as Visa, MasterCard, etc.
